we do ask for a deposit on repairs. Why may you ask?

we ask our customers for a nonrefundable deposit because it shows a sign commitment to the repair, and in return my customers have mine and my staff's full attention, we make our diagnostic and quote for repair good for 1 year from the time it was done. Most parts are non-returnable in the appliance industry and if a customer cancels when parts are paid for and in the mail, I take a big loss, and don't deserve that and this is only protecting Me and the customers that are dedicated to their repairs.

Accidental charge back or disputed payment.

when customers accidentally dispute payments, the funds are immediately taken from my account and are held for a period of up to 90 days, in this case I will come collect the amount in full that is being disputed plus an additional $69 service fee. All sales are final, no refunds, or returns on parts.
